Firewall considerations for Athenaeum
Ports
FileMaker Pro (the client) and FileMaker Server (the server) communicate with each other with secure communications using the reserved port 5003.
Management of the FileMaker Server software requires access to other ports, however, this is documented withing the FileMaker Server documentation and on the Claris support pages.
